"Class was fine, but the room needs work"
The class itself was okay, but the classroom setup made it harder to enjoy. It felt cramped, and the chairs were uncomfortable after a while, well, not after a while, quickly actually. Some days the room was freezing, and other days it felt stuffy, so it was tough to stay focused.
The instructor seemed to be doing their best, but the screens were hard to see from the back, and there was a lot of noise from people talking in the hallway. For what it cost, I was expecting a cleaner and quieter space overall

"Good reputation, kind of an uneven experience"
I’d heard a few good things about this school around town, so I went in with decent expectations. And to be fair, it does seem like a solid place in some ways. The classes can be helpful depending on who you get, or at least that’s what I’ve heard from a few people. But then the support side is a little random, like sometimes it’s fine and other times you’re left wondering who to even ask. It’s not a bad school at all, just not quite as standout as I thought it might be. More of an average experience overall.

"Students really do stay involved"
I was surprised by how engaging the class was . It kept my attention the whole time and never felt boring .

"Decent, but not the smoothest option out there"
I was able to get what I needed done on the platform, so it’s not bad by any means. That said, a few pages took longer to load than I expected, and finding certain things wasn’t always super straightforward. Compared to some other platforms I’ve used, this one feels a little less polished and could definitely be smoother to navigate. It works, but there’s room for improvement.

"Not as flexible as I hoped"
I might be missing something, but it just didn’t feel flexible enough for what I needed. I tried to make it work a few different ways, and maybe my expectations were a bit too specific, but I kept running into limits that made it frustrating to use.

"Updates could’ve been clearer"
They did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but the updates were vague. I had to ask twice just to get basic details, which was a little frustrating, not the end of the world, but still. A bit more clarity upfront would’ve helped a lot.

"Workload got overwhelming fast"
The classes themselves were alright, but the workload started piling up way faster than I expected, especially trying to keep up after work. What made it more frustrating was having to wait around for feedback or answers when I was already behind. It just made everything feel even more stressful

"Trust your gut if you need hands-on instructors"
I signed up thinking the classes would be straightforward and easy to follow, but the instructor side of things was hit or miss for me. Some lessons were okay, but other times it felt like they were just reading off the slides.

When I asked questions, the answers weren’t always very clear, and a few explanations felt rushed. I kept getting that feeling that I wasn’t fully getting it, and looking back, I probably should’ve trusted my instinct sooner because I ended up having to look up a lot on my own after class.
I did manage to finish the course, so it wasn’t a total waste, but for the price I expected more helpful teaching. It’s not the worst course out there, but if you need instructors who really explain things well, this might not be the best fit.

"Felt dismissed when I needed real-world help"
I signed up for this class hoping it would make me feel more prepared for actual real estate work, not just help me pass the exam. I wanted to understand what the job is really like once you’re dealing with clients and real situations.

A lot of it ended up feeling like memorizing definitions, rules, and test material. When I asked questions about contracts, client issues, or everyday problems agents run into, the responses were surface-level, and I felt a little brushed off.

If you just need exam prep, it might be okay. But for someone looking for practical guidance, it didn’t really give me what I needed, and I left still feeling unprepared.

"Good value, but I’m keeping an eye on the price"
Overall, I felt like the pricing was fair and the course gave me what I needed. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but I still think it was good value for the money. That said, if the price goes up much more, I’d probably start looking at other options

"Canceling and getting a refund was kinda a hassle"
I tried to cancel and get a refund, but it ended up being way more of a headache than I expected. The replies were kinda slow and didn’t really help much, and I kept getting told different things. It didn’t feel like the refund policy was handled fairly. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

"I signed up thinking getting to class..."
I signed up thinking getting to class would be simple , but the location options really didn’t line up with my routine .

Even the closest spot was still a long drive , and traffic after work made it feel way more stressful than it was worth . Once I got there , parking was a bit of a pain too .

I can see it being fine for someone who lives nearby , but for me it turned into too much of a hassle . I really wish they had more locations or more flexible options .

"Left me feeling mentally drained"
The course materials just weren’t great. A lot of it felt outdated and confusing, and some of the slides looked like they were thrown together last minute. There were even parts that didn’t line up with the quizzes, which made it extra frustrating. I ended up spending so much time googling things on my own that I felt mentally drained instead of actually learning from the class. It just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Good course, but completion reporting was a little slow"
Overall, the course was solid and easy enough to get through. The only thing that bugged me was that my completion didn’t show up as quickly as I expected, so I was left wondering if it had actually gone through. It did end up getting reported, though, so everything worked out in the end.

"Helpful, but a bit harder to follow than it needed to be"
The info on the licensing process did help me understand the main steps, but a few parts were kind of unclear. I ended up having to double-check some things myself, which felt avoidable. Overall, it wasn’t bad, I just wish it had been a little easier to follow.

"Enrolling was way more confusing than I expected..."
Enrolling was way more confusing than I expected. It felt like it took forever, and I kept thinking I must have missed something or maybe the instructions just weren’t... I don’t know. It was just a frustrating process overall.

"Helpful, even when I felt pressured"
I was feeling pressured trying to figure out my next career move, and Superior School made the whole process feel a lot less confusing. The instructors gave real-world advice instead of just sticking to textbook stuff, which helped a lot. The support team was quick to answer my questions too. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted me to succeed.

"I signed up thinking this course would..."
I signed up thinking this course would be easy to follow, but tbh the pacing felt really uneven. Some sections went on forever, and then the stuff that actually seemed important got rushed like we were already supposed to know it.
I ended up pausing and rewatching way more than I expected, which made the whole thing feel stressful instead of helpful. Idk, maybe it works for some people, but it really wasn’t a good learning setup for me.

"Didn’t really prepare me"
I signed up for Superior School NC thinking it would get me ready for the exam. it didn’t. The practice questions felt way easier than the actual test, so when I sat down for the real thing, I was caught off guard. A lot of stuff I wasn’t expecting. I studied the materials they provided and still felt unprepared. Maybe it works for other people, but for me? Kind of a waste of time and money.

"Continuing ed was more frustrating than I expected"
I used Superior School for my continuing ed and, to be fair, I did get it finished. But the whole site felt kind of clunky, and some of the material was dry to get through. A couple of the quizzes didn’t really line up with what I had just read, which was frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely didn’t feel as smooth or helpful as I hoped. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I probably wouldn’t choose it again
